Roasted for the streets around us

Sketchtest is the neighbourhood roastery bagging small-batch beans for local pickup, short-radius delivery, and anyone who wants craft coffee without the faceless DTC feel.

“These beans taste like they were roasted for my block—because they were. Pickup is easy, notes are honest, and the espresso actually sings with milk.”
— a neighbour two streets over

How we roast (and why it tastes local)

Every bag starts as a short roast log—charge temp, development, and the little notes we scribble when the batch hits the tray. We buy lots we can stand behind, roast for the cups people actually brew on these blocks, and keep the story honest instead of glossy.

Small-batch only

Enough for the neighbourhood week, not a warehouse restock.

Named farm lots and importers

Sourcing with a face

We name the farms and importers we trust, not vague origin buzzwords.

Pickup, delivery, and the bean club

Come by during roast hours, grab a bag from the rack, or put a standing order on the calendar so good coffee just shows up. Local delivery stays tight so beans stay fresh and drivers stay neighbourly.

Block-level community

We’re built for the cafés, offices, and neighbours who keep this stretch alive. Ask about wholesale, pull up a chair at a cupping, or see which partners are pouring our beans this month.

Cupping & events

Open tables on select Saturdays—taste the next lot before it hits the shelf.

Wholesale inquiry

Nearby cafés and offices: steady supply, roast-to-order, no corporate runaround.

Neighbourhood partners

Find our bags at local spots we actually drink at ourselves.
